Ciertas contribuciones de efectivo para el socorro de Haití se pueden deducir en su declaración de impuestos de 2009.
Una nueva ley permite que usted elija deducir ciertas contribuciones caritativas del dinero en su declaración de impuestos de 2009 en vez de su vuelta 2010. Las contribuciones se deben haber hecho después del 11 de enero de 2010, y antes del 1 de marzo de 2010, para el socorro de víctimas en las áreas afectadas por el 12 de enero de 2010, terremoto en Haití. Las contribuciones del dinero incluyen las contribuciones hechas por el efectivo, cheque, orden de dinero, tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de carga, tarjeta de débito, o vía el teléfono celular. La nueva ley fue decretada después de las 2009 formas, instrucciones, y las publicaciones habían sido impresas ya…

Dear Friends in Christ:
As I’m sure you are aware, the country of Haiti, in particular the city of Port-of-Prince and its surrounding areas were hit hard by a powerful earthquake. Some reports put the loss of life in the hundreds of thousands!
The Centro Altagracia de Fe y Justicia will be coordinating with the Centro Bonó in Santo Domingo and Servicio Jesuita a Refugiados y Migrantes, Jesuit organizations which have been coordinating relief efforts in various parts of the country.
If it is at all helpful to you and your parishioners, monetary donations for relief efforts can be directed to the Centro Altagracia de Fe y Justicia. We will ensure that 100% of all monies received will be sent directly to the Centro Bonó, who will in turn make the appropriate distributions (please indicate when making your donation that it is intended for "Hatian Relief").
At this time we will NOT be collecting any other donations besides monetary. However, below you will find a listing of the goods needed, as well as a listing of the various centers that are working with the Centro Bonó. You will also find the direct banking and contact information, if you would prefer to send your donations directly.
